Military Entrance Processing Station

Role: Development Manager: Entitlements, Core and Shell, and Tenant Improvements
This was a build-to-suit or the US Government for the largest MEPS in the United States. This location is where recruits for the military receive their medical and aptitude tests and ultimately their position within the military. The building is an office/medical building of 33,000 square feet in a 2-story concrete tilt-up building, built in 2007.
